Chicago's Progressive Talk believes that a blue city and a blue state deserve a Progressive Talk radio station that is entertaining, informative, irreverent and chock full of smart, funny shows with a progressive perspective.
We are one of the last independently owned radio stations in the country. Because we are not part of a conglomerate, our hosts have the freedom to speak their minds… and speak they do.
We commit to providing you an alternative to the status quo of talk radio and to providing our advertisers with an effective and results oriented product.

CHICAGO LATINO CULTURAL CENTER:
Our audience has grown from 500 to nearly 40,000 people in 26 years and reveals an increased demand for the organization’s services. This is a tangible demonstration for the need of quality Latino arts and cultural events. Perhaps more significant is the diversity of the Center's audience, which is about 60% Latino, representing every one of our countries, and 40% non-Latino. Few other institutions have achieved the important goal of bringing Latinos and non-Latinos together to share common cross-cultural experiences.

The Progressive Alliance - Cook County (PA-CC) is a coalition of emerging leaders working to engage and unify the many Progressive, Independent, and Reform organizations in Cook County. These organizations share common interests—but rarely share resources. By identifying and activating the next generation of Cook County residents, we can take ownership of the electoral process and public policy.
We envision a Cook County where:
• residents feel a sense of connection, urgency, and progress within the political process,
• the officials we elect are public servants, and
• government protects human rights and invests in the long-term stability of communities.

The Illinois Tenth Congressional District Democrats is a volunteer group that has formed to help elect Democrats at all levels of government within Illinois' Tenth Congressional District. The district includes portions of both Cook and Lake Counties stretching from Wilmette on the south through Waukegan and from Lake Michigan west through parts of Arlington Heights and Palatine.

Some local Democracy for America Chapters: Democracy for America is one of the largest grassroots organizations in America. Founded by Howard Dean it has continued to help grassroots activists get together and fight for a better America.
Greater Lincoln Park DFA:

Northside Democracy for America is a diverse group of volunteers dedicated to electing socially progressive, fiscally responsible, and ethically committed Democrats to office at all levels of government.
Every election cycle our voting members vote to "adopt" or endorse a limited number of candidates and then we work to elect those candidates. We have a monthly membership meeting with guest speakers; we also host educational forums, trainings and social events.

The Chicago Hispanic Health Coalition was established in June 1991 as a multi- disciplinary membership organization to address the need for health promotion and disease prevention among Chicago's Hispanic community. It was established as a pilot demonstration project with funding from the U.S. Department on Health and Human Services, Office of Minority Health.
The Coalition's mission is to promote healthy behavior and prevent chronic disease. The Chicago Hispanic Health Coalition advances health education and disease prevention in the Hispanic community. Coalition members are drawn from local agencies, community based organizations, universities, churches and regional offices of national health organizations. There are currently more than 600 health and service agencies actively participating.
