Orange County Biodiesel Cooperative: Working together to increase availability of biodiesel in the Orange County region. Biodiesel is better for the environment because it is made from renewable resources and has lower emissions compared to petroleum diesel. It is less toxic than table salt and biodegrades as fast as sugar. Since it is made in the USA from renewable resources such as soybeans, its use decreases our dependence on foreign oil and contributes to our own economy. Jan 15 Fridays 12:30-1:45pm, Irvine: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Psychotherapy Group for Graduate Students The UCI Counseling Center sponsors a therapy group for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer graduate students. The group will facilitate the exploration of issues such as adjusting to graduate school, family, relationship, coming out, career decisions, and integrating multiple identities. The group will promote an environment so that each member will be able to work on relevant personal issues as well as provide support and encouragement for each member's concerns. Please call (949) 824-6457 or email (chris.browning@uci.edu) to set up a brief screening interview. Please note that screenings will be held during the first week of Winter quarter.
