March 6 - Charter Applications DUE
March 6 - Deadline for Regional Chairs to appointment convention committee members
March 7 - Credentials Committee Meeting in Richmond
March 13 - Deadline for the Credentials Committee to report the preliminary credentials report

3:00 pm – Registration Opens
5:00 pm – A Discussion with Charlie Cook of the Cook Political Report
5:00 pm – Credentials (Tavarris Spinks), Rules (Bree Raum), and Outreach (Tina Hawley) Committee Meetings
6:00 pm – Council of Presidents' Meeting
7:00 pm – Opening Session (Adopt the Temporary Rules & Credentials Reports)
8:00 pm- Meetings of the Awards (Amy Lewis), Resolutions (Isaac Sarver), and Constitution & Bylaws (Trent Armitage) Convention Committees

Saturday, March 28
8:00 am – Breakfast
9:00 am – General Business Session (Resolutions & Constitutional Amendments)
10:00 am – (Filing Deadline for Candidates)
11:00 am – Election of Officers
12:00 pm – Training Session 1 with Lunch
