Progressive Democrat Issue 83: NATIONAL ACTION: Remembering Paul Wellstone
July 21, would have been Paul Wellstone’s 62nd birthday. Paul Wellstone was one of America's most progressive Senators until October 25, 2002 when Paul and Sheila Wellstone, their daughter Marcia, and three campaign staffers died in a plane crash. The Wellstone family established WellstoneAction to carry on the work of Paul and Sheila Wellstone, furthering women's rights and progressive politics.
