Finally, this wannabe Banana Republic dictator is being investigated for abuse of power:



I suppose the only reason Joe Arpaio hasn't moved to a place like Honduras, Colombia or Zimbabwe where his thuggish behavior and disregard for the law are encouraged is that he's also a racist with ties to white supremacists.
