A run down of amendments on the ballot for November. Read this to be informed about how to vote on November's amendments. Summary: 2, 5, 7, and 9 are the measures to vote "no" on. [NOTE: Amendments 5, 7 and 9 have been thrown off the ballot for being too misleading]
Next I want to continue to present information on some good candidates in Florida.
I heard Christine Jennings speak in 2006 and was very impressed. She may well have one in 2006 but thousands of votes from Democratic districts went missing. That election remains in dispute, but she is also running again this year. The latest endorsements she has picked up are Clean Water Action and the Sierra Club. She has already been endorsed by the AFL-CIO, American Federation of Teachers, Democracy for America, the International Union of Police Associations AFL-CIO, National Education Association, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, United Auto Workers and many others.
Volunteer for Christine Jennings here.
