Mole's Progressive Democrat

The Progressive Democrat Newsletter grew out of the frustration of the 2004 election. Originally intended for New York City progressives, its readership is now national. For anyone who wants to be alerted by email whenever this newsletter is updated (usually weekly), please send your email address and let me know what state you live in (so I can keep track of my readership).

WISCONSIN FOCUS: Progressive Candidates, Groups and Events

WISCONSIN ACT BLUE SITE: give to win Wisconsin.

I have been featuring some Progressive candidates, endorsed by Progressive Majority, running in Wisconsin for local and state level offices. The Wisconsin general election happened April 1st. Of the 41 progressive candidates endorsed by Progressive Majority in Wisconsin this year, 21 of them won. This maintains the excellent 50% success rate of Progressive Majority, a very good success rate given the fact that their candidates run grassroots campaigns. You can find a list of the candidates with who won and who lost here. I would like to think my blogging efforts on behalf of these candidates helped at least a little bit.

Here are some Wisconsin Groups and Events:
