NEW YORK STATE FOCUS: Peace Vigils, Groups and Events
NEW YORK IN THE BLOGS:
Endorsements in the NY-13 Congressional Race. I can add that the national AND local Progressive Democrats of America have endorsed Steve Harrison for Congress.
New York Democrats win a big State Senate seat...in a district with 2:1 Repub to Dem voter registration. The Dem was a local farmer. The Repub was a lawyer who excluded fishermen from the river that ran through his estate. Needless to say, the Democrat won BIG despite the Republican voter registration advantage.

Those of us who regularly attend the vigil enjoy sharing news and community with each other, and the encouraging honks and support from many drivers.
